Hummus and Salmon Pita Quesadilla

2 thin pitas, or 1 thick pita (split)

2-3 ounces of flaked salmon

1 cup wilted spinach

3 tablespoons of hummus

A pinch of cinnamon and caraway

- Cut the pita in half.

- Spread the hummus inside the pita pockets

- Add all other toppings

- Cut the half once again in with halfs or thirds

- Grill on each side until brown and toasty.
