GRILLED CHEESE PITA
INGREDIENTS

Thin Pita Pockets

The cheese of your liking:
monterey jack,
cheddar,
mozzarella

Vegetable-oil or cooking spray

- Cut the pita or pita's into halves.

- Gently separate/open the pita halves.

- Shred the cheese with a shredder

- Fill the pita halves with shredded cheese

- Pour the vegetable oil in a frying pan and set the heat to medium.

- Let the oil heat up for 1-2 minutes.

- Place the pita halves onto the pan; turn over as needed until cheese has melted.

- After cheese has cooled off; cut the halves in halves once more.
