INGREDIENTS

1 whole pita

1-2 eggs

Optional Ingredients:

cheese
spinach
bell peppers (green and red)
diced tomatoes
cooked bacon and
sausage

Have fun and use your favourite scrambbled egg toppings

There are 2 ways to prepare your scrammbled egg pita wrap.

A)

- After you have finished your scrambbled eggs, gently split your pita open, so you can stuff your pita.

- Stuff your scrammbled eggs into your opened pita pocket

B)

- Simple put your scrammbled eggs onto top of pita and carefully roll the pita into a wrap.

- Stuff your scrammbled eggs into your opened pita pocket.

* Tip: It helps to heat up your pita to make rolling / wrapping it easier.
