MIDDLE EASTERN PITA PIZZA
INGREDIENTS

4 medium or 8 small pitas

1/2 cup of hummus

1 cup (4 ounces) of feta cheeze

1 small onion

2 cups shredded spinach

1 large tomato (seeded and chopped)

1/4 cup sliced ripe or kalamata olives

- Pre-Heat your oven to 400F.

- Place pita breads in ungreased pan

- Spread hummus on each pita bread. Sprinkle with cheese.

- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Top each pizza with onion, spinach, tomato and olives.

- Do this after you have baked your pita in the oven to ensure that the vegetables are fresh and crispy.
